Remember in the blog of our ride through the National Parks?

Check out the refrenence to “Thank God for the Euro” where we met the riders from France and how we made an impression on them when Tracy Evans and I bought them a bottle of Utah wine.
Well yesterday at work, I got a package delivered to me that looked strange.
I didnt recognize the name but the box was postmarked from France.
I have some friends in France but it still didnt look like it was from them.
With a little trepidation and convincing myself that no one would send me a box laced with Serin gas or the Hunta virus I opend the box and saw the following letter.
Under the packing was this.
Pretty cool Huh?
Just goes to show you that on bikes we are all connected and that you never know who you will meet and be connected to. Tracy Christa Staci and I look forward to popping this one in memory of our French friends.

Love the blog! I was riding through Utah with a friend a couple of years ago. We had just cleared the north entrance to Zion and was looking for something to eat. The Thunderbird Motel looked like the ticket, so we stopped. When we came back outside, there was gentleman from France checking out the bikes. He didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak french, but he pointed at my bike and said “Ultra Classic”, my friends bike and said “Road King”. Then he pointed to himself and said “Fat Boy!”. We had a great laugh cause in reality, we did speak the same language. Keep the good writing and hopefully, I will meet you down the road.
